The City of Ridgeland seeks to provide convenient payment options for your water bill. Each online transaction incurs a fee due to the processing of credit and debit card payments and for the use of a secure online payment website. Since Mississippi State Law prohibits local governments from paying these fees, the charge must be passed to the consumer. Your card will be charged a non-refundable $2.00 technology fee and a 3% convenience fee when using this online payment service.
